Izaak Walton Masonry Barn Demo, Gaithersburg MD

Izaak Walton League of America (Non-Profit National Conservation) came to us in need of a demolition of an old barn on their conservation property. We handled all the tedious details of the project, including permitting, abatement, utility relocation, and more. BCC Baseball, Bethesda MD

2000 square foot raw warehouse space transformed into a baseball practice facility for Bethesda-Chevy Chase Baseball Club. This build includes men’s and women’s bathrooms, new HVAC, storage room, viewing area, batting cages and an open AstroTurf field. The entire project from start to finish took only 8 weeks, a quick turn around to meet the customer request for a winter grand opening.
