New complete 2,400 square foot tenant fit-up construction for an office space consisting of four executive offices and a network team space within a new data center. All the office doors are custom hand stained solid 8 foot red oak doors with built in 8 foot glass sidelights. The corridor and hallways were designed with a high gloss polished clear concrete finish and the offices received a stylish geometric carpet tile. The ceilings were finished at nine feet with a supra fine ceiling grid and high end acoustical ceiling tile. The end result was transforming a new data center with twenty foot high open concrete ceilings and turning it into a stylish new office space.
