Before Mission was acquired by Ethos, we completed a full scale, high end build out for their Rockville cannabis dispensary location on Norbeck Rd. Making requested changes and addressing problems as they came up, we stayed on schedule and completed the project right on time for their opening weekend.
After the acquisition, we performed a full rebranding project at this location to transition the dispensary from Mission to Ethos.
Performed a full build out in quick time for this franchise location of Zips Dry Cleaning in Centre VA. We managed this project expeditiously in order to meet the client’s deadline for a strong Grand Opening.
The strong, bold design is evident in this buildout for Primus Physical Therapy and Van Metre Investments by ACG. In this multi-stage project, smooth execution was key in order to achieve great results for the client’s finished space.
This location for Primus Physical Therapy features a whole office including a reception area, multiple treatment rooms, breakroom for employees, and an open gym for patients. ACG understands the need to maximize and optimize the layout of a space, which is why a pocket door was utilized for areas such as the treatment rooms.
Tricky to get right, but when done correctly, pocket doors will operate smoothly and help open up the layout of the space.
From restaurants to dry cleaners, Orthopaedical centers to Data centers, ACG has completed a large variety of tenant build-outs. Now we can add physical therapy offices to our growing list of project expertise.
Another great restaurant build with Jim Speros and the Velocity Restaurant and Hospitality Group. The newest addition to their group of restaurants “Locals Tacos and Tequila” located in the Merchants View Square Shopping Center in Haymarket VA. This 3,400 square foot restaurant and bar offers indoor and outdoor dining in a festive, fun atmosphere.

ille MD consisted of full demolition of two floor offices suites to create over 11,000 SF of new offices, conference rooms, café stations, media rooms and gaming testing stations. This build was a unique and exciting project for one of the world’s leading software gaming companies.
Each suite had its own color and design scheme based off the team working in the suite and the games they develop. Full life-size graphics cover walls of the space bringing to life the games that are created. Three uniquely designed café style coffee stops are painted using vibrant colors and provide refreshments for the staff. This was truly one a of a kind build that Area Construction Group is proud to have delivered.
For this project, Area Construction Group was 
hired to transform a 1,200 square foot, cold dark shell into a complete children’s salon and entertainment concept. The Snip-its construction design is a fun and colorful kid’s themed retail space which offers everything from new hair styling, ear piercing, themed parties and spa services.
Snip-its is the nation’s fastest growing child haircut franchise that is dedicated to making haircuts fun for children and relaxing for parents.
We love the built in!!! Everything looks perfect. The counter is exactly what we wanted. Glad I was here to see it in person before the install. Thank you too for touching up the walls, and applying a coat in the hallway. I really appreciate it. The shoe molding is a perfect fit too. This was great timing, my parents will be in town and staying with us Sunday, I’m excited for them to see it. Even Luke said “wow” when we came home this evening, and as you know that says a lot.

The wood came out of a barn from Loch Raven Reservoir, north of Baltimore.
This tenant fit up was design built by Area Construction Group from a cold dark shell to a new state-of-the-art branch.
The branch is the first POD design for United Bank and consisted of executive offices that are floor to ceiling glass with sliding clear glass doors. The finishes included ceramic lobbies, granite counter tops, custom millwork and business graphics package that depict the history of Arlington VA.
Complete demolition of two office suites to create a 4,700 SF corporate office space for Van Metre Commercial.
The new office suite consisted of perimeter demountable glass executive offices, conference room, dual kitchen pantries, two copy center, reception area, two training rooms and a vast cubicle work space. The finishes consisted of carpet tiles, granite counters, and vinyl plank flooring.
